* Three years' experience in adult education or group facilitation
* Demonstrable passion for Trauma Informed Practice
* Willingness to undertake study in personal time (train the trainer
is on paid time; however additional study is required outside paid
development time)
* Willingness to enter a non-complete clause e.g., non engagement in
similar training in our sector while working with us
* Availability for 2 -8 half days per month
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
* Candidates from marginalized or excluded communities and others
with lived experience are encouraged to apply
* Candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of how NGO and
statutory services operate in terms of culture
* It is desirable that candidates have a master?s degree, however
this is not necessary where the candidate has equal and relevant life
and professional experience and are good trainer.

* A capacity to excite and engage a classroom of experienced,
critical professionals
* A capacity to hold others to account in an open, caring, and
helpful way
* Capacity to empathise with people in a diversity of positions,
